Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Antcep Concepts LLP(“Antcep Concepts”, “we”, “us”) collects through https://www.antcep.com/, why, and the choices and rights you have over it — including under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA/CPRA).
Information we collect
- Analytics data, only if you consent.We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, approximate location at country/city level, device and browser type, and how you found us. This only starts collecting once you accept analytics cookies; see “Cookies & similar technologies” below.
- Information you give us. If you submit our Brief form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you're enquiring about, and your project message. This is sent securely to our project-intake system so our team can respond to you.
- Standard technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs technical information (such as IP address, timestamps, and browser user-agent) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are not used for tracking or profiling.
Cookies & similar technologies
“Necessary” cookies keep the site functioning and cannot be turned off. Everything else is off by default and only activates if you choose “Accept All” or enable it individually in , available at any time from the site footer.

We use Google's Consent Mode, so the Google Analytics tag only ever sends anonymous, cookie-less signals until you actively grant consent — no analytics cookie is set, and no visitor identifier is created, before that point.
Your rights under GDPR
If you're in the UK or European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, with no effect on the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal

Your rights under CCPA/CPRA
If you're a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it's used
- Delete personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights
We do not sell personal information. If you send a Global Privacy Control signal, we automatically treat it as a valid opt-out request and keep analytics cookies off — you don't need to do anything else. To exercise any other CCPA/CPRA right, email connect@antcep.com.
Data retention
Brief form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for our business records, then deleted or anonymized. Google Analytics data is retained per our GA4 configuration and Google's own retention settings. Technical server logs are kept briefly and rotated automatically.
Third parties
We share data with the minimum necessary third parties to run this site: Google (Google Analytics, only after consent) and our project-intake and email delivery providers (for Brief form submissions). We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone. See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles Analytics data.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
