Nobody sends out a card for a mental health facility. That is the whole problem with how these places are usually opened, quietly, as if there is something to be embarrassed about. Mindport Care Villa is South Kerala's first 30-bedded residential mental healthcare facility, and the launch invite was built to open loudly and warmly. An arch borrowed from the building, calla lily line work across a sage green fold, cream stock, a wax seal. Formal enough for a card carrying two ministers, soft enough to read like an invitation to a home.
